The Walser model provides a phenomenal consumer experience in general, and especially so when compared against the typical car purchase. Because the salespeople do not work on commission at Walser the entire upselling scenario is bypassed, allowing everyone to focus on the best solution for the customer. Such all around great, knowledgeable, and personable staff (we worked with Royie and Dan primarily and they rock!) that my wife and I both agree we could be friends (although they’re probably sick of us since we kept Royie and Dan at work until the absolute closing time, which we apologized profusely for but our apologies were uncategorically rejected). More dealerships should work the way Walser does. We purchased our brand new Forester and absolutely love it so far. Car aside, we put a very high value on the experience we had there. I brought my Forester in because another garage had told me the transmission was going bad, and there was a grinding noise.
