I brought my Impreza in for an airbag recall and it took over 5 hours to complete! I was not communicated with during the process either. I had to continue to ask what was taking so long. When asked for a over 5 hours to complete! I was not communicated with during the process either. I had to continue to ask what was taking so long. When asked for a loaner car they told me it was $50. There should be no charge for a rental car on a recall! Your car brand is having me bring my car in. Intimating I did! Also, Had they told me it was going to be that long would have taken one. Communication during the entire process was ridiculous and I will never bring my car back to be serviced here since my time is of no consideration to the techs. More
