They greet you and make you feel welcomed. Every time I go in for parts or installation of parts for my new Legacy, they take the time to explain to me the process and estimate time and fees it takes to get the service done. This is the kind of courtesy I would expect when I walk to get services, Thank you and keep it the good work. The Walser model provides a phenomenal consumer experience in general, and especially so when compared against the typical car purchase. Buying a new car can be extremely stressful and put a lot of experience in general, and especially so when compared against the typical car purchase. Buying a new car can be extremely stressful and put a lot of pressure on the buyer in a “dealer vs customer” relationship. Because the salespeople do not work on commission at Walser the entire upselling scenario is bypassed, allowing everyone to focus on the best solution for the customer. Such all around great, knowledgeable, and personable staff (we worked with Royie and Dan primarily and they rock!) that my wife and I both agree we could be friends (although they’re probably sick of us since we kept Royie and Dan at work until the absolute closing time, which we apologized profusely for but our apologies were uncategorically rejected). More dealerships should work the way Walser does. We purchased our brand new Forester and absolutely love it so far. Car aside, we put a very high value on the experience we had there.
