The service guys were good. I had done what needed to be done. I inquired about the heat in my steering wheel, it’s like warm and was told it would be 195.00 to look at it. No mention of that. I declined. Because I thought was too high. They could have put their hand on it to tell me if they felt it was normal or not. My thoughts anyway. It would have at least made me think they were interested in customer service. Last my car was not washed. Do you have to ask for that? Or is that not an option? No big complaints, more observations.
