It’s my first Subaru service , place is nice , waited less than an hour . The staff explained everything what they were doing to my car via video . From the service team to the dealership space and complimentary snacks, my first experience with a routine check of the Subie was exceptional. Their timing was on point (under an hour) and the update complimentary snacks, my first experience with a routine check of the Subie was exceptional. Their timing was on point (under an hour) and the updates provided during the appointment were appreciated. They even gave her a clean wash before passing the keys back to me!
