Intake tech Maddy was super nice in accommodating my wife and I when she saw my wife had trouble walking she got our car drove it up too the door so we would not have to walk so far. 1st time car note at 44 years old. I found there advertising on car gurus. 1 owner no accidents, I checked out the car in the rain...big mistake. The test drive was with the sales associate she said take next exit we turned around and went back to the dealer 5 min test drive She didn't show me the car because if you open the hood it shows signs of rust, animal infestations and a hidden accident not on car Fax. The aftermarket radio conflicts with various settings. I thought I just needed to learn how it worked as the Q 50 is already a bit complicated. Turns out the car is from Canada and the rust is BAD. Not 1 owner but 3 and for 2 years was a loaner car. Only speculation "rental cars get beat on". I made a poor decision and signed the paperwork at 8.5% apr for 30k for a 2017 Q50 Red sport 400. Miles80k The hood won't close all the way the front driver caliper shows 2 major chips hinting that it came into contact with the stock rims hence the new wheels. Also the front left quarter panel has come into contact with the door frame hinting at a front end collision. As well as the drivers mirror vibration hints of poor replacement. The back tail lights do not sit flush hinting again the car spun out during the obvious accident the gaps are not even. They only had 1 key so I attempted to make a copy and was told due to the aftermarket radio the new key could deactivate the whole car locking you out of the cars computer system completely. all these signs should have been seen by st. Paul Subaru. The front plate screws came undone and the plate fell of 4 days later. There is no spare tire and I called them everyday for weeks. I have not had a call back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
