Mandy was upfront about the length of time it would take the service center to work with my car. I had planned to stay and wait, but after hearing the 3 hour time estimate, I was thrilled to hear that Subar the service center to work with my car. I had planned to stay and wait, but after hearing the 3 hour time estimate, I was thrilled to hear that Subaru had an option to get an Uber or use a service car free of charge. This was music to my ears. These options take away the drudgery of coming in for a service appointment. More
