I was not informed of all bulbs being replaced and was told that they replaced a bulb that I JUST HAD DONE within the last month (which was NOT burned out). There is also a bulb that was not replaced (not told that they replaced a bulb that I JUST HAD DONE within the last month (which was NOT burned out). There is also a bulb that was not replaced (not a big deal). I asked for alignment and replace one high beam. I was quoted an amount on the phone and when I went in to have work done before a road trip the next day, was told it would be double that amount but they would see what they could do. Then when all said and done, I was told they replaced all burned bulbs and gave me a “military discount” which just happened to offset the charge of a bulb I did not ask to be replaced. I ended up paying the higher amount and dealing with the manager. The manager refunded half of the bill, which was close to the original quoted amount over the phone. I was just very disappointed with the service in the lack of communication and trying to take advantage of me. It was resolved, but I do not see myself dealing with this service department in the future. More
