I initially made the appointment telling them my “fan dial knob was jammed” and I only needed them to look at that and see how much it would be to fix it. They had me wait over an hour in the waiting roo dial knob was jammed” and I only needed them to look at that and see how much it would be to fix it. They had me wait over an hour in the waiting room to send me a video on all the extra things they deem wrong with my car and addressing the original issue of my broken AC they showed in the video the mechanic attempting to twist the fan dial of my AC & then stated “As we can see the fan dial know is jammed so that’s the primary issue right now”. Overall- I told them my fan dial was jammed and then paid them $100 and sat there for an hour for them to tell me my fan dial is jammed. Very frustrating experience, I feel ripped off as a customer and will not be returning to this dealership. More
