We were greatly pleased that a visitor from Michigan was quickly accommodated by the service department. The serivce department was absolutely horrible. My car was there for just under a month because they sold me a broken car. The employees would say they would reach out with updates on what is wrong with my car, never got an update until I reached out and when they would give me an update they would blatantly lie to me and give me the wrong information. I dealt with terrible customer service from the very day after I purchased my vehicle. It took almost a month of horrible service to finally get to talk to a GM, and I was the one who had to go through multiple people to finally get my issues resolved. Needless to say I will never be purchasing a car from here again or bringing my car back into the service department. Aside from service the salesman Phuoc that sold me the car was phenomenal and very helpful! More

Jennifer,our salesperson ,was excellent . I would imagine that many cars are sold and delivered on Saturdays.. Our new car was presented to us wet and not at all detailed . When I asked that it be detailed they said they couldn’t do that until Monday. We agreed to leave the car through Monday at which time they said they would call me with a pick up time. When I received no call by noon on Monday I called and no one was available to tell me the pick up time so I could plan the rest of my day. Finally about three hours later I was called and told that their employee did not come in and that we would have to pick it up hopefully on Tuesday. I felt that Walser should have been on top of the situation and communicated on a timely basis. The dealership was definitely a disappointment. More
