Fresh popcorn in the lobby/waiting area? Say Less! Everyone is so pleasant, friendly, and nice. Service has always been quick and I never feel like I'm being given the run around (although Say Less! Service has always been quick and I never feel like I'm being given the run around (although doing some things yourself will obviously cost less if you learn to do them yourself). I appreciate their inspection videos and the link to the recommended services/cost per service - this is so helpful if you feel overwhelmed and aren't entirely sure what they're talking about in regards to what needs to be fixed. I once had a bad battery install experience with Batteries + and rolled into the service center to ask for advice and they helped fix my problem immediately with no questions asked and did not make me feel stupid! I leave after every service appointment feeling like I can trust that my vehicle was taken care of and will not set off any warning bells when I drive away! More
