We worked with Carlos to purchase a 2021 Outback. I reached out to schedule our visit and was pleased to be contacted by a real person, Carlos, shortly after I reached out. We told him at the beginning that we were only starting to look at cars and wanted to try a Subaru. Carlos was great to talk to while we were test driving, knew his stuff and appreciated Subarus, and was easy to work with no pressure to buy. We came back the next morning to buy a car and the purchasing process was laid out and organized well. Both days, Carlos had other people he was helping simultaneously, but he multi-tasked well and didn't make us feel rushed or forgotten. My husband and I were both very happy with our experience at Walser Subaru St. Paul. More
