As someone who has never leased a vehicle, and hadn't purchased anew vehicle in decades, everything was explained in great detail. Personnel at the dealership are friendly and professional. The amenities inside are impressive. The only disappointment happened when the used car I chose first had only one key and management w professional. The amenities inside are impressive. The only disappointment happened when the used car I chose first had only one key and management was unwilling to provide a second one unless I paid around $600 to have it made. In a transaction over $30000 dollars this was unacceptable and I chose not to buy the car. Because I appreciated the salesperson Phuoc Nguyen, I went ahead with him and eventually made a different purchase. But I left with mixed feelings about Walser not being willing to provide a second key. This makes me unwilling to offer a five star rating. More
