Disappointed and amazed I've reviewed WALSER Polar Mazda before and it wasn't pretty. Disappointed: I can honestly give them credit for trying . . . but what happened to m I've reviewed WALSER Polar Mazda before and it wasn't pretty. Disappointed: I can honestly give them credit for trying . . . but what happened to my vehicle and how it drives now is not the same as how it drove before the mechanic forgot to fully re-install the brake assembly after replacing the lower control arms due to a recall. Now its my fault that I have negative equity! Of course I have negative equity, I loved my car before Walser Polar Mazda worked on it and I had no intention of trying to trade it or sell it until after your "work". Amazed: They keep sending me review requests and they keep calling me to get my feedback or try to replace my vehicle which they won't due to the negative equity and an airbag deployment that I was never informed about when I originally bought the vehicle from Polar Mazda. (before Walser) More

James was our service writer and nailed it right away with a 2 day loaner! Very impressed as James then sent proper paperwork to our insurance co. and to the body shop hoping to help in our reimbursement for the tow required to Polar Mazda. Much Thanks! More
