I had a belt break while driving on the city freeway and got a very serious warning message that my engine could shutdown unexpectedly. I called my contact at the dealership and he walked me through how to open the hood and check the belt while he stayed on the phone. I could see the belt was totally shredded that was next to my carburetor. He made me an appointment for that afternoon. I called AAA to tow my car to the dealership. They got it right in and fixed it and I was on my way home in a little over an hour. I was very pleased with the service and the support I received. I also got a video from the service department showing me all the things the technician reviewed on my car. More

It feels like service is on the customers side. Rather than trying to sell parts like new windshield wipers they seem to be willing to help us keep maintenance costs down.
