Disappointed Polar coupons no longer valid. I bought my 2018 Equinox from Polar Chevrolet last year and received a booklet of coupons. I was extremely disappointed to hear those coupons are no longer valid now that it is a Walser dealership. Because of that, I will be getting my service work done at Merit Chevrolet because it is closer to my house. I asked to speak to a manager about this and I waited over 2 hours and no one showed up. Warranty issues were not addressed. Warranty issues were not addressed, Chevrolet was never even contacted as told by Chevrolet themselves. Also had oil changed, at the cost of $70, and they never even bothered to wash the vehicle, even though we were told vehicles are washed with any service work. More
