Find and correct Vibration rattle Service Dept unable to find source of the vibration rattle on first visit but did acknowledge hearing the sound . Advised to continue driving and return if rattle worsens. Randy Thiesfeld was very patient driving with me to localize the sound. On 2nd visit I was provided a loaner vehicle to allow adequate time to identify and correct the problem. One of the guys who greeted me, pointed out how one of my moldings(?) were missing on the top of my car(my father in law pointed it out to me shortly after I bought the car brand new, and forgot about it), but they offered to warranty it for me!
