Great I took my Chevrolet suburban in for an oil change. They got me in quickly. They discovered an additional problem. They gave me a courtesy vehicle. Mechanic forgot to reattach air box after service work Walser Polar Chev performed an oil change and an induction system cleaning on my 2014 Silverado. During the drive home after the service work, the che Walser Polar Chev performed an oil change and an induction system cleaning on my 2014 Silverado. During the drive home after the service work, the check engine light came on. I called Walser as soon as I arrived home to advise them of the situation and scheduled another service visit to have them check over their previous work and determine the cause of the check engine light. At that next service visit they said they couldn't find anything wrong (other than a mouse nest up under the plastic plenum cover) so they erased the trouble codes and sent me on my way. The check engine light came back on again on my drive home. A few days later the truck began to stall frequently and run extremely rough to the point I thought I might need to have it towed back in for service. I opened the hood to see if I could find anything obvious and found that the air box was not connected. I reconnected the air box, cleared the trouble codes myself and truck now runs as good as it did before I brought it in for service (which is to say perfectly, and no check engine light). A disconnected air box may sound minor but the MAF sensor is located there. The MAF sensor is a critical component in the engine management system. I can understand that mistakes sometimes happen (like not reattaching the air box). But to miss it a second time when the specific request was to recheck the work performed the first time, and the problem being so obvious, is very troubling. I've had nothing but good experiences with this dealer (primarily with Polar Chev before it became Walser Polar) up until now, but these two strikes in a row certainly makes me doubt them going forward. More

Chevy Captiva They said there was nothing wrong with my key getting stuck in the ignition and that it wasn’t doing that when it was being serviced. However as soon They said there was nothing wrong with my key getting stuck in the ignition and that it wasn’t doing that when it was being serviced. However as soon as I got home the key is stuck in the ignition . I will now try taking it to another service center to have it repaired. The staff at Polar Chev were friendly and polite. More

I called Pilar Chev and asked about whether they did the repairs. After the vehicle ifo was exchanged the repair was scheduled . I received a text reminded me of the apointment every step i was informed about. Excellent staff great service thank you for the repair.
