Took my truck in for an oil change, they had it for about two hours. I then took the truck on a fishing trip and during the trip I noticed that my engine temperature was higher than what it normally is and g two hours. I received a quote, set up an appointment and the work was completed to my satisfaction. My only issue was that after my $700 plus brake job, I was asked if I wanted my Suburban washed. Was told to bring car in and will get right on it. It took 7 days to look at it so I was without the car for 8 days. I picked up the car and the hood latch alarm went off. It wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. I’m assuming they must have done something. No offer to fix it. Will never buy (getting ready to replace it with another Tahoe-love the SUV) or service it here. Not the kind of service I am used to. I own a BMW and have owned several Mercedes and Cadillacs.
