Dropped off my truck on a Wednesday. No call Thursday, Friday, and Monday. I had to call to find out the part was not in yet and the advisor said he would check with the parts department and get back to me. Again no call back. I had to call the next day to get an update. The part finally came in and I got my truck back now a week after I dropped it off. My issue is this: no communication, none. I can take bad news but no call back…. No excuse. More
