Walser Polar Chevrolet Takes Care of Long-Term Customers I have been seeing Clint, my service rep, quite regularly regarding my aging Monte Carlo. Just days after I had my battery replaced, my car died late I have been seeing Clint, my service rep, quite regularly regarding my aging Monte Carlo. Just days after I had my battery replaced, my car died late at night on the other end of the Twin Cities. I was in a predicament. I had the keys with me at home and the car needed to be towed back to Walser Polar from 25 miles away. They told me who to call and someone from their dealership picked up my keys. Turned out I had the misfortune of getting a faulty battery. They know that when I am without my car, I have very limited options due to my disability. They took care of everything within the day, and returned my car to me at my home. They made what could have been a huge ordeal NOT such a big deal and I appreciate that. More

Service Rep was not very knowledgeable I went in to have my 2017 chevy express van checked because it had a leaky roof. they fixed that, but when I asked them about the windshield wiper fa I went in to have my 2017 chevy express van checked because it had a leaky roof. they fixed that, but when I asked them about the windshield wiper fast speed setting was not working he said it was because the windshield was dry. So I turned the windshield washer on and the wipers went the same speed even on the fast setting. The windshield washer has a low and high speed setting on the switch. My coworker has the exact same van and his works just fine. The service rep did not know what he was talking about. I have never driven a new vehicle without a high speed wiper setting. I thought that was as standard as standard equipment is. Its like buying a vehicle without a steering wheel He does not even know what the standard equipment is on his vehicles he services. Now every time it rains hard I have to pull over and wait for the storm to pass. More

Left the Oil Cap Off, did not rotate tires as ordered. I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latchi I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latching system. Oil was sprayed all over my engine. One of my tires read 42 pounds. Tires were not rotated. The hubcaps were incorrectly fastened to my tires so that the valve stems were jammed underneath and breaking off on 3 of the tires. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
