Great service, friendly staff. Took my Equinox in for Auto Butler cleaning and clear coat. Was met immediately by friendly agents who got my info, and sent me off to the lounge. Chad came back to inform me when they were getting close to being finished, and the whole process took pretty close to the amount f time I was told up front. Thank you Polar Chev, for your attention to detail and helpful staff. The only issue I had was trying to schedule the appointment. I called in in the mid-morning, and was told my info would be given to a scheduler who would call me back with an appointment time. I waited for 2-3 hours, and no one called me back, so I called again, and finally was able to schedule. Not huge, but could have been done better. More
