Had to make two trips I brought my car in on 7/9 after owning the car for 28 days and they would not pay for it to be fixed and the problem got worse so I brought it in 10 I brought my car in on 7/9 after owning the car for 28 days and they would not pay for it to be fixed and the problem got worse so I brought it in 10 days later and they fixed it at their cost. Unsatisfactory service Brought my 2012 Cruze in for a power brake problem. We mentioned that we thought it might be the vacuum pump, or the switch for the vacuum pump that w Brought my 2012 Cruze in for a power brake problem. We mentioned that we thought it might be the vacuum pump, or the switch for the vacuum pump that we heard about from a recall in 2013. They kept my car for 3 days and tried to duplicate the behavior. They were unable to duplicate, so they sent my car home not fixed and charged me $52 for diagnostics. They wanted to charge me $84, but I thought it should be covered by our extended GM warranty. They said since that couldn’t find anything wrong, we had to pay, but reduced the charge. My husband tested the switch at home, discovered it was bad. He bought a new one and was able to replace it himself. So we had to pay the dealership, buy a new part ourselves, and replace it ourselves for something that should have been under warranty. More

Great coffee machine with many options. Snacks available. Work completed and explained within estimated time frame. Future work that will be needed was reviewed. Check-out went smoothly. Appreciate the car wash. Only complaint/suggestion: Recall was for "MyLink" update, at no charge. However, the update disconnected my link to my iPhone. Would have been helpful for service staff to check this with me before I left dealership to make sure link to phone was reconnected after update. More
