Long story short, all four Pistons needed to be replaced. Jeff sent me on my way with a rental car and proceeded to arrange for my car to be fixed. He kept me informed through the whole process it was a great help in explaining the process impossible reasons why this happened. More

Superb Cusyomer Care My wife and I were traveling in Wisconsin last eek in our 2015 Corvette. I wasn’t sure if I should drive the car or not. It was 3:00 pm on Sat. I had received a warning message fro Onstar and the check engine light was on. Although the service dept. was closed, I talked to a salesman who sai he would try to contact the Service Mgr on his personal phone and call me back. the salesman returned my call an hour later instructing me on what I should do. On Monday, I contacted Clinton. A Service Advisor. He got the car in right away on Tuesday morning. The problems were fixed and I was relieved to find out that no major damage was done to the car. Bottom line, I greatly appreciate the Sevice Mgr and Clinton for the great Customer service and personal attention both gave to me. This kind of attention is the reason I’ve had my two Corvettes serviced at Piolar for the last 8 years. More
