Tech did a good job on video for what was done as well as showing tire depth and brake pad measurement. Why did the tech not fill the washer fluid? This is normal anywhere else. The guy that moves cars in and out of the service area and washes vehicles does a poor job of moving the drivers seat massively out of position and doesnt put it back. I am 6’2” and have lots of room for anyone to sit but couldnt believe how far he moved the seat back and down. He did it to every one before even getting inside. Sucks having to move it as much as i had too. More

Set up appointment on Saturday for the following Thursday. Dropped it off on Wednesday night, Thursday morning got a call saying that the technician called in sick and could I leave the truck one mo Thursday. Was offered a rental car because of my 10 extended warranty. I asked why I wasn’t offered a rental car when I made the appointment. I would have had to find a ride back to the dealership. Totally crappy customer service. More
