I called 5 days in a row, leaving a voicemail each day never receiving a call back. The following week I was able to get a service advisor on the phone who was quick to tell me the issue I had with my ve never receiving a call back. I was told to purchase new rotors sight unseen which I declined. I was told WALSER does not resurface rotors then was told WALSER resurfaced my rotors. I needed my brake pads replaced, I declined purchasing new rotors because my truck did not need them.
