As long time customer, I bought a second dream car at a Walser dealership. Unfortunately this car had major unseen issues not on the car fax. I was devastated. Thought I had bought a lemon. This meat alot to me. Having good judgement of caritor, I could tell he REALLY valued me as a customer. Mr. Rekkedahl made things right for me. Mr. Rekkedahl stands out, as to what great customer service looks like. And set a great example for those under his leadership.
