The first impression is that the building itself is attractive inside with large windows letting in much natural light. I found the staff very welcoming. The person we purchased the vehicle from, Essen attractive inside with large windows letting in much natural light. I found the staff very welcoming. The person we purchased the vehicle from, Essence, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she didn’t know something she’d find out from her manager, who was very friendly also. The reason that I didn’t give an excellent rating is that besides buying the vehicle, I’ve only been back for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation so, after more visits, that may change. More
Quick to sell you 150,000 mile warranty. Miles I recently wore the factory rubbers to the wire. Still the same problem after paying the 100$ diagnostic charge to be told we can’t find anything wrong seems normal, and do to the 8 speed transmission it’s just the sloppy driveshaft.. I own the exact package, make and model year same transmission and with over 145,000 miles junk tires still drives and handles better without shaking.. but I’m told it rides like a dream.. I bring up how the front brakes like to stick or look up in the winter or wet road surface Im told by the Walser people, oh that’s odd never heard of such issue.. funniest part is I own 2 Silverados personally and the company I work for only runs Silverados it’s a common issue with the electronic brakes.. but at polar it’s all unheard of and impossible to duplicate the issue by the technician..sometime around 40,000 to 50,000 miles the radio began randomly switching to radio frequency to main menu to changing settings, randomly clicking through different settings, with no touch screen response, randomly muting calls, random buzzing like distortion when popping the a door or simply unlocking the doors. It’s random but when it happens the whole time I’m commuting most days it truly triggers my PTSD. And I have bad reactions at first I was told stop using a cord and just the Bluetooth instead. But I can’t listen to just radio without out random switching to A.M station with static only not in tune. Switch’s to cd player to media just to change the dashboard on steering column.. had to pay the 100$ service fee because they can’t find anything wrong with the unit and I need to replace the main power leads from the battery for 500$. Blaming the issue on a slight dent in the corner panel from a tree branch but the problem was already a issue well before the incident.. because of a minor dent where I can clearly see the damage is before the positive and negative wires have no visible damage to them. According to the Chevy experts it could fix the issue except I can’t calibrate the touchscreen and because there techs can’t ever get the issue in the 15 minutes they invest at the time of appointment.. but they can make some xx up on why it may take 3 hours for a oil change because scheduling issues..I’ve video recorded the issue they just say oh well try disconnecting and pairing again never has it solved the issue.. to top things off I’ve have been suggested it’s because of the phone I use. I have never experienced the same issue in my other truck bought from Roseville chev. It’s a major inconvenience for me to travel just under 2 hours to be told we can’t find any issues and it happens again an hour into my drive home.. it’s a joke how they find ways to deny issues. When did become possible to ignore a video of what happens. And give multiple excuses that are not covered by warranty.. I’m still waiting to have the coolant topped off or not being asked if I have ever brought my vehicle to polar chev.. with the response I only bought it here that’s this location on the sticker and license plates trim but they don’t have any records of trans flush coolant or them spending 3 days tearing the rear end a part checking transmission looking for the shake but they always bring up those positive and negative cables the place is a joke.. never will recommend anyone to the garbage they come up with who says the receiver hitch is mostly the noise and cause of the shake experienced. Wish I found out about the issues that lead to lawsuits before I purchased from them.. trash More
