My visit this time received a low rating for the following reasons: 1. I’m questions were not answered in a timely response. Even after several attempts to text the line provided. 2. The video s following reasons: 1. I’m questions were not answered in a timely response. Even after several attempts to text the line provided. 2. The video sent was moving too fast and extremely hard to hear. Never had this issue prior. 3. My PCV hose was unplugged from the valve cover. 4. The day after my appointment, my battery was dead. Upon examination and plugged into a battery reader. It was a completely dead battery from 2016. It was the original battery in my vehicle. Had a test been ran it would have been caught. This should have been a basic test. 5. Although small, my car was not rinsed off and wiper fluid was not topped off. 6. I paid $99 to be told I need an entirely new muffler. 7. I was charged $110 for my oil change when online and inside said $100. This has been the only time I have scored this dealer below 5 stars. I have been taking my vehicle there since the day I drove it off the lot in 2017. Every other time has been a great experience. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. More
