Frustrating, they dont listen to customers. I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balenced, i told the guy who took my keys twice! I do not want wheel weights on the outsi I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balenced, i told the guy who took my keys twice! I do not want wheel weights on the outside of my wheels(this should be standard) aluminum wheels will corode because disimilar metals do that. It was apparently the end of his shift and he tossed the keys to a diffrent guy and told him to do an oil change balance and rotate, and obvuously already forgot about my 2 time request to not have wheel weights on the outer side of my wheels, because I now have weights on the outside of my wheels. Ill drive an extra 15 min. To merit chev from now on because this isnt the first time I have left feeling frustrated. More

Unfriendly staff. Long wait. I was not greeted with friendly manner at all. I had an appointment and the man at the desk did not look up but said “If I start this I am going to ge I was not greeted with friendly manner at all. My car was sitting out front for a while and no one came to get me as they said they would. So I went out front to pay and the cashier said they just finished. I knew that was not true because I had seen my car sitting there. Then I had to come back in to have them turn off the maintenance light. Not a big deal but I already felt I had been there too long since I was told it would take a hour. More

Found dented bumper and scrached headlights after sale. They are fixing headlights. Didn’t notice either when looking at vehicle, but sometimes tough seeing things in certain light. Should have looked at vehicle closer. Wish items like this would be disclosed when selling vehicle. More

Pretty good I was brought to Walser due to a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Overall I was only there for about 2 1/2 hrs. Before leaving with a new truck.
