Ok, not great Mixed feelings. I bought a used vehicle. Price was fair. Was going to check out another place before I bought as I did not like a couple of blemishes. Mixed feelings. Salesman said he could get them to fix them if I bought that day. I agreed and bought it. They fixed one thing but not the other. I asked the sales guy and he said they could not fix it. I told him I would return it. He then had me call the sales manager who eventually agreed to have it done. Don in detailing was great and helpful and took care of it. I noticed after buying that the antenna was missing. Called the sales guy who said it should be in the glove box. It was not and the salesman did nothing to take care of it. When I went in to get the other thing fixed I stopped into parts and asked the guy. He was great, and found me one happily, and with no charge. I would go back to this dealer but will not work with that salesman again. His priority was the sale, not the customer.... More

Left the Oil Cap Off, did not rotate tires as ordered. I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latchi I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latching system. Oil was sprayed all over my engine. One of my tires read 42 pounds. Tires were not rotated. The hubcaps were incorrectly fastened to my tires so that the valve stems were jammed underneath and breaking off on 3 of the tires. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Polar chevrolet worst dealership I found a vehicle on polar chevrolets website for a good price. I call about purchasing the vehicle. They tell me GM employee pricing is ending the ne I found a vehicle on polar chevrolets website for a good price. I call about purchasing the vehicle. They tell me GM employee pricing is ending the next day and they immediately switch the price on their website. I tell them thats ok I am eligible for GM employee pricing. I call them on Monday and inquired on what my GM employee pricing would be. They tell me the truck is being sold that day. They made it all but impossible to buy the truck. I WOULD NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AT THIS POINT. I FEEL THEY BAITED AND SWITCHED ON ME. FALSE ADVERTISING. They are very unethical and shady tatics. More
