Bought a 2015 Subaru Forester from Walser Polar Chevrolet in July 2025. Within weeks it was overheating, and despite multiple failed “repairs” the dealership refused to fix it or honor their promised exchang in July 2025. Calls went unanswered, I was denied a loaner, and now I’m stuck with a faulty car and a financial mess. This dealership puts profit over customers — avoid at all costs. More

This was a complete nightmare deal. My trade in was supposed to have the tonneau cover taken off which they did but lost they lost all the clamps to secure the rails to the truck box so My trade in was supposed to have the tonneau cover taken off which they did but lost they lost all the clamps to secure the rails to the truck box so when I went to sell the tonneau cover it didn’t have the clamps and when I tried to get the sales guy Quinn to get them I just got the run around and when I went to management to find my clamps they didn’t help me either.
