She was able to get me a great deal on the price of the service and she even covered the cost of the rental vehicle. I could not have asked for better customer service. The only slight disappointment I had with the overall experience was that my car had not been washed when I picked it up. Not a huge deal, but I was under the assumption that it would be since they list Complimentary Car Wash on their service menu under every service. More
