Brought our Rogue in for an oil change and inspection. Adam was our service advisor and he was great - he greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave a thorough explanation of the work being done. I tried calling but unable to speak with a person. Made a appointment but never got a response. It said I would get an email or phone call. I didn't receive either.
