Mike was pleasant and helpful -- even coming in on a day off so he could show a specific car. Great price on a car. Then we got to the "business manager." He quoted us one finance rate but then gave us a higher one. Wrote the deal up completely wrong. Bank calls us to have him re-write the deal. He calls us several times in a threatening manner. He then re-writes the deal. Wrong again. But hey -- third time's the charm, right? Thanks for the car, but unfortunately, we won't be setting foot in Wayzata Nissan again. More
