I have been trying different Nissan dealerships for service work. This time I tried Walser Nissan for just an oil change. Made an appointment online and brought my car in on time. They told me my car would be ready in about one hour. After 1 1/2 hours I checked on my car. They said it had just gotten in. By the time they came and got me it was over 2 hours for a simple oil change and complimentary vehicle check. No communication what so ever during the whole process except to tell me all the things I need taken care of which I had previously done. This type of service tells me the dealer overbooked appointments and was short staffing besides. More

Communication between departments is poor. I was promised a fix for a problem. It was not fixed. Don't promise what you can't deliver.
