Only chose this dealership since it was a complimentary oil change from purchasing my vehicle there. Booked it online as complimentary then when my service was done they wrote up my bill and didn’t know an oil change from purchasing my vehicle there. I had to forward my email from the dealership as proof and wait longer to have them fix the write up. They seemed annoyed with me. Never would have driven 45 minutes to pay full price for dealership oil change. I bought the used vehicle 6 months prior and requested they do a transmission flush as part of the sale. I was told it wasn’t necessary or indicated on the vehicle inspection. I could have predicted this would happen and sure enough at this oil change appointment, suddenly it was recommended to have the transmission oil flushed. Very frustrating. I can’t imagine that in the last 6 months of 3,500 mile the vehicle was driven, suddenly the transmission oil was bad. And last complaint is they didn’t wash my vehicle. That’s the best perk of having service at a dealership. But it wasn’t washed and this was yet another disappointment. More

The guy came out and tried to talk me into extremely overpriced tires and whatever else they could think of. When i got into my car it smelled like cigarette smoke! Ish!! This visit made it clear why I you can't trust dealerships. Your greed has replaced morals. You lost my business. More
