The gal in the service department Lori Liberty, was very caring and is a people's person to work with, communication and listening to your needs and concerns. The only thing that I would like to express is that you trust that the service dept. mechanics are doing the best job and performance that the job was done complete as required. I had 2 different fluids flushed and was charged for time /labor but was not exactly the full time used to complete the job. So, I feel that I was overcharged for something that was performed at the same time length as one. Couple of the ?s really can't answer because didn't see that work being done, I assume it was done with dignity and best performance and quality.
