I can tell you up front that I am the worlds toughest customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the vehicles they have sold. I bought a 2009 Nissan Quest back in April and I have been having some recent difficulty. Despite the fact that my vehicle is out of warranty and the items I am having issues with are not covered under my extended warranty, Scott has gone above and beyond to resolve them while at the same time helping me out with other considerations. Without hesitation, I will look to purchase my next vehicle here. It is one thing to be great at Point of Sale time, but to make sure your customers stay happy is IMPRESSIVE. My great experience began from the minute I purchased the vehicle! Also, kudos to Bruce. When I initially brought the vehicle in, I could not duplicate the problems. Bruce shared with me that he would "rather earn my money than take it" and if he did the diagnostics, at then ed of the day the only result would be me being out of pocket $100+ dollars. I'm very caution when going to a dealer but pleasantly surprised at how great my experience was! Because of the horrible treatment we received from Wayzata Nissan we went to Coon Rapids Nissan with the hopes that we would be given the respect and Customer service expected. They both were very positive and let us know that they would do everything in their power to get us the vehicle we so much desired unlike the 10 minutes the other dealership had given us. My ife is now driving her fully loaded Nissan Altima and I will make sure that everyone I know will stop by Coon Rapids Nissan to talk to the all-star team of Dave and Jake. He not only answered all of our questions, but did so in a way that helped in our decision making process. Jake responded to calls, texts and e-mails extremely quickly and professionally. Once we made our decision, Jake had the car ready for pickup in less than 3 hours. When we arrived at the dealership he had everything ready to go, including programming the NAV system for us. He covered all the features of the car with us in such detail, we feel like we don't need the manual! We purchased our last two Nissan's at Morrie's.
