I changed my mind twice but never felt pressured to buy either one. I drove my second choice home but during the night I changed my mind again and e-mailed them. As soon as they opened my salesmen (Jake Nicholson) called me and and had my third choice waiting for me, but after test driving this one I decided to keep my second choice and that gave me peace of mind that I made the right choice. I got pre approved on financing with my bank of over 25 years in which my mortgage and all my loans are at. My bank scoffed that a car dealership could secure me a better rate, they were wrong, Coon Rapids Nissan secured a lower rate plus no penality for early pay off vs my bank. My car fax confirmed everything my salesmen told me, the car fax also stated that my purchase was below blue book value. They not only sold me a car they sold be a relationship! More
My wife and I were looking for an additional car for our family and we selected Nissan because of past postive experiences with another Altima we own. We purchased another Nissan Altima a couple of years ago and considered Coon Rapids Nissan at that time but found a better deal at a competitor. However even at that time we were impressed with the used inventory that CRN had for sale. It was for this reason that we came back to Coon Rapids looking for another Altima. At this time we were equally impressed with the inventory but also the polite gracious manner of the salesman we were fortunate to enough to meet. Jake took the time to explain the various features of the CAR and the differences between our particular Altimas even though they are the same year. He was most helpful in fulfilling each and every one of our requests. At the point of sale he ensured small details were taken care of and took the extra small steps that he recognized would likely bring us back again to Coon Rapids Nissan. Thank you very much for a soft-sale professional approach -- it's very refreshing and makes car purchase almost pleasant ;o) More

I was looking at a new 2012 Altima and he was showing me items on my intelligence key I never knew I had. That I can blame on Morrie's Nissan in Brooklyn Park. When we got our 2009 Altima we spent the whole day trying to deal with them and then they sent us on our way with no information on the key status at all. That was not the case with Coon Rapids Nissan and Dave. I rate this dealership and the customer service AAAAA+++++++++. More

I can tell you up front that I am the worlds toughest customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the vehicles they have sold. I bought a 2009 Nissan Quest back in April and I have been having some recent difficulty. Despite the fact that my vehicle is out of warranty and the items I am having issues with are not covered under my extended warranty, Scott has gone above and beyond to resolve them while at the same time helping me out with other considerations. Without hesitation, I will look to purchase my next vehicle here. It is one thing to be great at Point of Sale time, but to make sure your customers stay happy is IMPRESSIVE. My great experience began from the minute I purchased the vehicle! Also, kudos to Bruce. When I initially brought the vehicle in, I could not duplicate the problems. Bruce shared with me that he would "rather earn my money than take it" and if he did the diagnostics, at then ed of the day the only result would be me being out of pocket $100+ dollars. Because of the horrible treatment we received from Wayzata Nissan we went to Coon Rapids Nissan with the hopes that we would be given the respect and Customer service expected. Both Dave Schneider and Jake Nicholson welcomed us with open arms. No hassle regarding our trade in and monthly payment request. They both were very positive and let us know that they would do everything in their power to get us the vehicle we so much desired unlike the 10 minutes the other dealership had given us. My ife is now driving her fully loaded Nissan Altima and I will make sure that everyone I know will stop by Coon Rapids Nissan to talk to the all-star team of Dave and Jake. Buying a vehicle should be a fun and exciting experience. Thanks to the guys it was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
