Salespeople do not understand anything about the vehicles they are selling. All they do is read the window sticker and recite what's printed. Multiple vehicles listed with wrong trim and options. Not sure if they are selling. All they do is read the window sticker and recite what's printed. Multiple vehicles listed with wrong trim and options. Not sure if it's ignorance or malice but there is no way I would ever conduct business with either option. More
I very rarely write reviews but after our recent experience, I must as a warning to others. At this time I do believe it is one bad apple that spoiled it for the rest of the hardworking individuals experience, I must as a warning to others. At this time I do believe it is one bad apple that spoiled it for the rest of the hardworking individuals rather than being systemic within the dealership. At least I hope it is. Our salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The situation went south when "sales manager" Rob entered the picture. He was rude, condescending and a liar. His approach is clearly to squeeze every last penny out of the customer in front of him rather than provide a great experience and have the customer feel they got a good deal which could lead to future sales and referrals. He judged us from the outset as "easy marks" who didn't know what we were doing. Silly Rob - may want to watch "Pretty Woman" as people/opportunities aren't always as they seem on the surface. His final attack was to try to bilk us out of more money through a financing scam - again - may want to know your audience. The future Nissans that we will purchase will not be from Walser as long as there is a chance of having to deal with "sales manager" Rob. Finally, Rob overlooked the power of viral marketing as I have hundreds of clients across the metro area and am sharing the experience with many. Again, a great experience with a feeling of getting a good deal while being treated with respect is the way to build a clientele and a better approach for the business longevity. More
I will never be buying another car from this dealership again. I would give the sales team a 10/10, especially Cassia and Carl. I would give the service department a 1/10, or not even, and explain w again. I would give the sales team a 10/10, especially Cassia and Carl. I would give the service department a 1/10, or not even, and explain why! Cassia, Carl, and the rest of their sales team did a great job with the trade-in, and I felt special at every step of the process. It took about five hours to complete the transaction, including a demo on the road and all the paperwork for financing. In helping and prioritizing my needs, the team went beyond the call of duty on the last day of the week, which is highly commendable. I was very happy with the upgrade until the following day, when loud and distracting noises started coming from the dashboard. These noises included mechanical faults as well as loose components. I reported the concern, but no one contacted me back. I drove into the service department and was told to drive and wait for five weeks. On top of this, I was advised to call back every week to check availability. Upon follow-up with top management, I was offered a loaner for an unidentified period, which could be as long as a month. This is the value of a brand-new car and the worth of over $2500 for the additional warranty I purchased. I have never experienced this type of customer support before where you’re sold a faulty product and are asked to live with it. I recommend starting the purchase process by talking to the service department first, assuming you might bring the car back the following day. See the appointment timeframe they offer and judge your standpoint from there. More

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. ALL TIRE KICKERS WELCOME TO COME BUT DONT BUY!!! Just come and wast there time. Errors Dealership made 1) i live in middle GA and they promised ALL TIRE KICKERS WELCOME TO COME BUT DONT BUY!!! Just come and wast there time. Errors Dealership made 1) i live in middle GA and they promised if I came to look or buy they buy my lunch anywhere i want. (But then after getting there he REFUSED) 2) Said they have the truck clean when arrived. It look like xxxx. Leaves all under the hood dirt grime, bed had dirt sand in bed. 3) sales man Josh when 1st called about truck was so rude 99% of people would have never called back, just for asking questions. So after few days when I called back, I had to tell them I was not speaking to rude Josh at all any further but would need another sales person. So they got me Nominic and he BALL FACED LIED LIED LIED to me about the truck,, I Specifically s a I'd Nominic u have to be the eyes on the truck for me because I'm 30 hours away by bus. I said pictures and videos 99% of the time do not tell the story. So I'm counting on you to be extremely honest about how the truck really is, if there is a ding on the truck or bumper or if they were connecting a boat or trailer and the trailer bumped the bumper please tell me, I have to know of any dents dings scratches etc.... This lieing piece of crap told me this truck had zero dents zero scratches and it looks like it was still new with no miles. NEVER SPEAL TO THIS SALES AGENT EITHER "HE LIES". this truck had dents scratches and more issues. 4) Carl Offered me water and bathroom upon arrival. I said no I'm good but thank you, do u have coffee? He said yes. Coming to pay $50k (50 THOUSANDS) for a Truck and your offered water and don't mention the coffee. WOW. 5) LIED ABOUT THE MILIAGE.. they advertised ....... but on the paperwork they put........and Carl the manager made sure it stayed wrong even after me bringing it to his attention. 6) door ding pait off driver door. 7) original truck jack missing but they said it was all there before I headed that way. Dealership would not come off a penny. Never heard of this in 57 years. Is this a Minnesota thing or just another error of this piece of crap Wasler Dealership. Air in tires, 3 tires had between 40 and 45 air pressure but 1 had 30 psi. The guy actually rolled his eyes when I ask if I could get the 4 tires adjusted to equal amounts. They refused to touch the other three tires but said they would get the low tire up to in the 40's like the other 3. ANOTHER WOW MOMENT. could not belive my ears. Carl (manager) not waive Can spray painted bed. Carl stapled all my paperwork backwards, in reverse order as if he did not have 9 additional seconds to do something right when customer handing out $50k checks. NO APPRECIATION BY THIS WALSER DEALERSHIP. Pick me up at bus stop was even a pile of crap how unprofessional they were. Zero respect for the customer or even potentential customer. If I were not so tired and beat down from the 3 day trip there with almost no sleep, I would have never ever bought this truck!!!! Truck are like relationships there is plenty of fish in the sea. If I had the energy sleep or rest, to have rode the bus back that is what I should have done instead of taking all the abuse neglect rudeness these three men and Dealership did to me. I paid no less than $11,000.00 to much (between $11k & $15k to much) for all the damage and condition of what the truck actually was. If your reading this, my recommendation is to go by and eat their pop-corn, drink their coffee and use their bathroom. Give them a fake name and send others over their to do the same. This place is 💯% a joke!!! This is your warning. Hope u see this before your scamed by this Walsner name!!! More
They had the wrong size of tires on the car. They said they detailed the car inside and out. When confronted they said they are under construction and they tried there best. To detail the ins They said they detailed the car inside and out. When confronted they said they are under construction and they tried there best. To detail the inside of the car they could go back in and the manager could himself with bottle clear. I said I could do that myself. He offered to pay me $150. When I went to find a detailer the price they originally quoted me was $150 but after closer view they said that doesn't cover thee extent. The outside of the car is a totally different story. I thought a good car was would help with the shine! NOPE you can see the streaks. I live 3 1/2 hours away. They mentioned they have a Toyota dealership up in my area but never offered to have them help me out. I wish they would have taken better care of the cars inside and outside appearance. The car is everything I wanted just not clean well enough! More
Had the best buying experience in my lifetime of buying car/truck from a dealer. Micheal Vu went the extra mile for his customer, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
