The second day we bought a new Nissan. Wade is one of the very best sales people we have met and this is our 65th car purchase. It just wasn't Wade, it was the manager who appraised our trade-in and then it was the friendliest finance man we have ever met, Scott Thompson. He was fantastic. Scott and Wade worked great together and made my wife and I feel like we belonged. We will tell everyone we know about Coon Rapids Nissan. My wife and I went to this dealership looking for new cars and to trade in our existing car. The sales staff, finance staff, and sales manager were all wonderful to deal with. They went over all the details as necessary for us to make our final decision, and kept the dealership open late to detail our new car so that we could take it home that evening. Sales staff was not pushy at all, and the overall experience was great. We purchased some accessories for our Juke that had to be ordered in, and the service manager was great to deal with as well when scheduling the installation of those accessories. Have not had a long term experience with this dealership so far, but the initial buying experience was good. More

Joel Snyder listed carefully to what I asked for and his team searched the midwest for a Nissan Murano LE and came up with a match in a different but acceptable color from my preference for merlot.
