At my last service it was recommended that at my next oil change for my 2015 Murano I also have the brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. When I called today to schedule these 3 fluid replacement servi change for my 2015 Murano I also have the brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. When I called today to schedule these 3 fluid replacement services I was informed by the service advisor that the earliest possible appointment was over a month from today. This is pretty unacceptable…, and inconvenient. For just an oil change, which is due, there is 1 appointment available in 9 days…. This was my first time using Walser Nissan since purchasing my Altima in Dec. 2020. From the start the service people were right there to check my vehicle in. I was told I would need to wait for a replacement for a few hours and he was not comfortable letting me take the vehicle as is. I told him I woukd wait. I came back a couple if hours later expecting to wait and as my friend pulled in to drop me off at 4:30, Shawn called to tell me my car was done!! Excellent service, excellent Service Reps! More

They said come and get it nothing we can do. when I got the fob the windows were covered with snow ,I had to clean them off myself WOW. Hope this thing doesn't start on fire in my garage or die on me in the middle of nowhere. More
