After meeting my sale We were looking at a possible trade-in on our 2004 Ford Focus and stopped at the Walser Nissan Dealership to look at the Rouge. After meeting my salesperson, Jeremey, we knew we were the right place. He took the time to show us other vehicles and explain the pros/cons to leasing or buying. After taking a test dirve in the Rouge we both felt that this was the correct car to purchase and never felt pressured to make a decision. We are very happy with the Rogue and that is due to the Courteous personel and great Customer Service. We have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as we just had at Walser Nisson in Burnsville, MN. More
In regard to service, I bought a car on monday night, by saturday morning, the service engine light came on. Instead of showing me good customer service, I was forced to pay 120 for a diagnostic plus servic saturday morning, the service engine light came on.
