I had an appointment at 8 Am for an oil change. Showed up on time only to watch my car not move for an hour and a half but saw everyone else who dropped off a car move. Every time we schedule for service, Eric is very professional and remembers mom and dad who purchased their first car from Walser Nissan right after they moved here in 97.
