I requested service on my 06 Maxima for brake clicking noise when the brakes were applied. Tech. Aaron Duntley resolved the problem by removing a small pebble from the brake pad on the left front tire. In noise when the brakes were applied. Tech. In the process he heard a whining sound in the engine and determined that the timing chain was about to break. If that had occurred it would have destroyed the engine. Service advisor Dan Lacroix told me the repair would cost $1,400.00 as the warranty had expired three months earlier. Dan then requested a "good will warranty repair" in my behalf from Nissan management and subsequently received permission to perform the repairs work at no cost to me. Both Dan and Aaron handled this situation with extreme care and professionalism and are to be commended for a job well done. Many thanks to Burnsville Nissan for the excellent customer service! I went to Walser Nissan because of the excellent follow up of Wendy Riedel. I was making some general inquiries on buying a new vehicle and Wendy Riedel not only answered all of my questions by phone, but up of Wendy Riedel. However, because of Wendy Riedel's helpful and thoughtful approach, I went to this dealership to test drive a Nissan Juke and made the purchase through her. During both our visits we were able to test cars, complete paperwork and drive out on our new cars pleased and happy.
