Had one of those days. Everything was going wrong including my truck stranding me beside the highway. Called Dan. He set me up with a service appointent (same day) and got me in touch with a tow service. Diagnosed and repaired my problem (same day too!). Price was more than fair. Got me into a rental (complimentary) and even helped me when I couldn't refill the gas according to company policy. I had 2 sick kids and just didn't have time! He understood everything in a glance and got my back in my vehicle in minutes. Best service I have ever had on the worst day I ever had! Made it a little better. What more could you ask for? More

After meeting my salesperson, Jeremey, we knew we were the right place. He took the time to show us other vehicles and explain the pros/cons to leasing or buying. After taking a test dirve in the Rouge we both felt that this was the correct car to purchase and never felt pressured to make a decision. We are very happy with the Rogue and that is due to the Courteous personel and great Customer Service. We have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as we just had at Walser Nisson in Burnsville, MN. More

In regard to service, I bought a car on monday night, by saturday morning, the service engine light came on. With my current lease almost at an end, I had heard an amazing lease offer for the Nissan Altima on the radio and wanted to check it out. I went to the Walser Nissan dealership, perhaps a bit tentative as a single female customer. To my relief, I was approached by a friendly sales associate immediately. Mohamed was very knowledgable, and put me at ease right away. After taking a test drive, I was convinced! Great handling with a sporty design, increased safety features, efficient gas mileage, and the excellent Nissan keyless features were big factors in my decision. In discussing the options and financing, I felt comfortable, and definitely got the sense that the staff was there to make me happy, not pressure me into any decisions. I had checked around with some other dealerships, and couldn't believe the great lease deal they were offering! It had sounded too good to be true, but I was able to drive home in my new Nissan that day, with absolutely no money down!! This is still a very new car (I haven't even gotten the plates yet) so I can't speak to the customer service after the fact, but the buying experience sure was great!! More
