The sales people at this dealership were VERY rude. I requested service on my 06 Maxima for brake clicking noise when the brakes were applied. Tech. Aaron Duntley resolved the problem by removing a small pebble from the brake pad on the left front tire. In noise when the brakes were applied. Tech. In the process he heard a whining sound in the engine and determined that the timing chain was about to break. If that had occurred it would have destroyed the engine. Service advisor Dan Lacroix told me the repair would cost $1,400.00 as the warranty had expired three months earlier. Dan then requested a "good will warranty repair" in my behalf from Nissan management and subsequently received permission to perform the repairs work at no cost to me.
