I was very impressed by the level of service I received from this dealership. I spent a little over a month researching Altimas online at dealerships all over Minnesota and found the best deal/value at Walser. I contacted Mark Knutson online(via Car Soup)and set up a time for a test drive. As soon as I walked in, Mark was immediately available to help me. He offered to let me test drive other vehicles for comparison so I was certain I had found the car I wanted. After I made my decision to purchase the car, Mark was very helpful in assisting me with the financing aspect as I had yet to receive the check for my pre-approved loan. Mark and Rochelle Strand both worked to beat my current financing interest rate and I was able to finance through Walser and walk out the same day with the keys to my Nissan Altima. I am extremely happy with the car and my car buying experience at Walser Nissan. I will definitely recommend Mark Knutson, Rochelle Strand and Walser Nissan to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used car. Thank you for the great customer service! More
HR person, Stacy Lundberg initially got me into the door at Nissan. For years I have heard her sing the praises of both the dealership and the car and when it came time to buy a new car, I knew just where at Nissan. For years I have heard her sing the praises of both the dealership and the car and when it came time to buy a new car, I knew just where to go. She welcomed me and set me up with an excellent salesman she knew I would be happy to work with. She anticipated my needs and really helped get the process started. She made things easy from start to finish. From my first moment thru the door, I was greeted with friendship and made to feel comfortable immediately. My salesman, Rick was warm and personable and extremely knowledgable. He answered every question I had gave additional information to questions I didnt even know I wanted to know. I test drove three different vehicles and then worked on the computer to further narrow my search. Rick listened to all of my needs, added my wishlist, and was able to find the exact, perfect vehicle for me. I knew as soon as I sat in the seat that the car would be mine.. and in a few short hours, it was. Truly, love at first site. Stacy and Rick made the whole daunting process of searching for a new vehicle, fun and memorable. Truly, they took the "scary" out of the experience and made me feel comfortable and the deal managable. Buying from Walser made me feel like I was getting admission into a family, or an exclusive "club". I really like my walser card, and my first experience with the service department was excellent. I love that you are close, and absolutely bottom line, I LOVE MY CAR!!! Stacy and Rick ROCK!!! More

The entire experience was great except when I had to pay $750 additional to secure the 0% financing. This was NMAC and not the dealer hence my 5 ratings on everything but price where they scored a 4 due to $750 additional to secure the 0% financing. This dealer made buying a new car a very easy and quick experience. The sales associates were not at all pushy, very knowledgable, and friendly. We went to Walser Nissan in Burnsville, MN. because we had researched them on the internet and liked their low prices and their no haggle no commission sales people. All the people at the dealership were had researched them on the internet and liked their low prices and their no haggle no commission sales people. All the people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Danny McDonald, thoroughly explained the leasing process to us and we decided to trade in our old car for a down payment on the new car and received a low monthly payment on a 39 month lease for our new 2012 nissan altima 2.5S. we chose walser for 2 reasons: (1) no haggles or hassling and (2) customer service. after 5 hours, we left the dealership sorely disappointed in both. after researching online, we found a car listed at wal and (2) customer service. after 5 hours, we left the dealership sorely disappointed in both. after researching online, we found a car listed at walser that we liked at a price we could afford. after making the drive down, and talking with andrew, he informed us that the car - a 2012 rogue - had indeed been priced wrong and there was nothing he culd do. we were disappointed in the misrepresentation in price, but felt we wanted to stay and find something else. while waiting for a car, we went back online to make sure we hadn't made a mistake (we had not), and while doing so ended up having an instant message conversation with another sales person online, steve woolery. steve suggested that he could help compensate us for our troubles, even though there was nothing he could do about price. great! we weren't expecting it, but it was a wonderful gesture. we informed him that we were still searching but would follow through when we were finished. after settling on a car and waiting for all of the final paperwork to be drawn up, we were really excited to be done. it had been about 4 hours already, and beings that it was the day before christmas eve, we still had shopping to do as well! while waiting, we noticed steve was with rochelle strand, the team lead whom we had met earlier. my partner introduced himself as the one he had been messaging earlier about the mis-priced rogue, and before anything else was said, rochelle jumped in and loudly exclaimed there was nothing to be done. she called it an, 'honest mistake' that was out of her control. so fine. it wasn't so much that there was nothing to be done, but the tone in her voice, the way she was talking down to us and the lack of eye contact. during the whole couple of minutes while she was ranting about mistakes and how they were a no haggle business, she was staring at her computer screen. on top of that, steve completely denied having ever offered to try and compensate us for the mistake. he acted like we were the ones out of line. he finally offered to print off a copy of the conversation, and after coming back over to throw it in our faces, we did read that he had in fact made the suggestion. after he walked away, we sat there pretty stunned. not only were we made to feel in the wrong about inquiring about their no haggle pricing, but we were belittled for following through with something one of their salespeople had originally suggested. however, despite that, we decided to just finish the process and get out. mark, another salesperson sat down to go over the final paperwork, and while doing so, we noticed another discrepency in pricing. the price we had confirmed with andrew wasn't the same price on the paperwork. after doing a little research, we found that the 'walser best price' was in fact the sticker price plus $500, and that a whole other car, completely different from the one we had agreed upon, was written up. the only thing that was the same was the color! after that, we walked away. we can not expres how utterly disgusted and disappointed we were in the whole experiece. misrepresentation of pricing from a dealership that prides themselves on 'the price you see is the price you pay', not explaining that the sticker price actually includes a rebate that you may or may not choose, and undervaluing customers by treating them poorly through bad body language, tone and use of words. i understand that mistakes are made all the time! and that wasn't the issue. the issue was how the situation was handled and how we were made to feel. we walked in the door that day ready to purchase, and unfortunately for them, left before signing the final papers. we are happy to say, however, that kline nissan did a wonderful job and we are extremely happy with our new car. Where to start....o yeah head gaskets on a 09 maxima. I was smelling small wifs of coolant took in to service they could not find a leak. At the time it was new concern to Nissan on the new body maxima. Ni was smelling small wifs of coolant took in to service they could not find a leak. At the time it was new concern to Nissan on the new body maxima. Nissan said their fix is to replace both head gaskets. Car had under 20,000 miles on it. So after the repair was done it seemed to be good to go. Then I started to hear small clunk sound in the front end. Went back oooo we forgot to tighten a bolt all the way u r good to go. Ok.....then sooner after that I was smelling coolant again. Went back oooo we forgot to tighten a bolt that seals a gasket u r good to go. Ok.......that was number 3 time for one concern so two come backs on the repair. Year go by I start to smell oil and my breaks started to make sounds. The breaks I knew was my deal not walser, so I work at a bodyshop and put my car on our hoist to check my breaks. I check them first then put the car all.the way up to find a biggest oil leak I've ever seen on that new of a car. Oil was EVERY WHERE!!!!! On the motor, the body, suspension and the rim!!! So now I'm upset with the way my car is being worked on. I bring it they said we will find the leak and let u know what is wrong. They call and say it needs one head gasket and thats where its leaking again. Fine fix the car I said, but when I pick it up I want it up in the air so can see that all the oil was cleaned off my car. Well let's just say that didn't happen so ask if can look under the car in the air they did and it was not close to being acceptable. So they cleaned it more and took it down before I could see it again. At this time I just wanted to get out of there. Next morning I walk out to my car and notice my left fender is pushed out from the car. The way that can happen is the fender would have to be pushed from the bottom up to bow it out. Body work is what I do for a living so I know for sure when my car was put on the hoist the one ARM was pushing up on my fender. So I called and was told thats something the service manger has to look at. I said ok and set a time to meet him. In the mean time I was sent a survey on the service work that was done my car. Well the survey I wrote was bad enough to get the general manger attention... The day of my meeting with the service manger I was early so I had to wait a few minutes for him to finish what he was doing. While waiting a man came up to me and are u mark. Yes I am who are u I'm the general manger can I talk to u in my office. So I did told my story he seem very concerned for my issues I was having and promised he was going to review my files talk to people about my car and come up with a solution for me. He said I will get back to u later tonight or tomorrow sometime. Well let just say he never called me back. So I'm done with them and I've contacted Nissan about it. So shame on me for trusting them. I had a great experience working with Al in used car sales at Walser in Burnsville. He was professional and friendly and worked with me in getting into a used Murano. I had done a lot of online search sales at Walser in Burnsville. He was professional and friendly and worked with me in getting into a used Murano. I had done a lot of online searching and spotted a deal! I went into the dealership with auto loan paperwork available to me from a credit card company at 4.87% for a used vehicle. He said, "I think we can beat that" and went to work finding me a better percentage rate for my purchase! He took time explaining all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know to feel comfortable purchasing my car. Between Al, Dan, and Jake, I feel like I could walk into the dealership again tomorrow and be greeted like an old friend. I actually had such a good experience I commented to Al that I would like to work there! Great group of people. And I would recommend Al if you are looking for a low-key, no hype salesman. More
We stopped by and didn't know what we ran into. Everyone was so accommodating and nice it was almost scary. Didn't know a car dealer would work as hard as they did to make the sale fit where my wife and I t was so accommodating and nice it was almost scary. Didn't know a car dealer would work as hard as they did to make the sale fit where my wife and I thought our payments needed to be, get the deal we wanted, and the coverage we wanted for the price we could afford. Andrew was a huge reason we hung around and worked with them the first afternoon. Then Jake took over the next day and worked numbers with us to make everything work out. As we worked with the lender to get numbers to where we needed them Jake continued to crunch the number with us and was extremely helpful. We love our new Pathfinder and everyone says we got a great deal, even the loan officer at the bank questioned the price and said that is a great price. More
