I went to the auto show in 2011 and fell in love with the Nissan Rogue. I have been longing to test drive one and finally came in to the closest Nissan dealership to where I live. Tom let me know a day later that the vehicle I was interested in was also being looked at by others, but he didn't put any pressure on me - I appreciated being told. Tom came in on his day off to help me finalize my purchase - didn't rush me along, told me up front about the options I had and let me make up my mind about what I did and didn't want. I leased a new 2012 Nissan Sentra from Steve after my car was totalled just before Christmas.
