This was my first new car purchase, and first time at a dealership in general. I had the pleasure of having Jacob W. helping me out with my first purchase. He listened to me, found out what I wanted, what I didn't need, what I had at the moment, and we went for a test drive. Everything about the car was explained to me and the test road was great for testing. I did not feel forced or uncomfortable at all, instead I felt comfortable and Jacob was being 100% honest with me. I walked out with a great deal on a 2013 Sentra and I couldn't be happier, I love the car! I also love that this dealership has their own car wash and service center, with free coffee. They also detailed and filled the car up with gas before I drove home, a small perk but with gas nearing $4 / gallon, it helps. I will definitely be recommending and returning to this dealership when I want a new car. More

Right from the start Mark Knutson provided the best service I've experienced from a car dealership. He quickly pulled a car for my wife and I to test drive. The entire staff has been very friendly when I've come in and assisted showing me how to run the car through your car wash - which by the way is not easy. He spent several hours with us explaining all of the various features of the different models so that we could make the best decision for us and our needs. He would call or email us occassionally to see how we were doing or to let us know of the specials that the dealership was running. We trust Diego completely and will definetly purchase our car from him. We also had interactions with his team lead, Kristin, and she was always helpful when were there. We feel like they roll out the red carpet for us when we come to Walser. I wish more places were like this. They put the needs of their customers ahead of simply making a sale which in turn has made us customers for life. More
