They sell you a one year old repaired vehicle, carfax isn't updated yet. So all looks great. Until the rust starts after one winter. Yes, they will take it back within 30 days. You lose your tax, and title fees. Yes, they tried to satisfy me. Yes they did try to make it right. It would have cost me $$$ for their own dishonesty. Still the same Walser as 25 years ago. I now have a vehicle with a damaged body, looks pretty good. What will it be in 5 years? More

Fun and Easy Car Buying Process I have never been to a more family friendly dealship. When I was purchasing my vehicle, I had my kids with me. Upon walking in, the kids were well tak I have never been to a more family friendly dealship. When I was purchasing my vehicle, I had my kids with me. Upon walking in, the kids were well taken care of and we're offered juice, water, popcorn and more. They turned a cartoon on the big TV for them and since they didn't have crayons they even sent someone out to get coloring stuff. Everyone who works here is beyond amazing, they are friendly and kind and really make you feel welcome. We all dislike the pressure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable here at Walser Nissan. I also had a trade in, and they gave me more than I expected for my Murano which was wonderful. There was no hidden agenda, and complete honesty. They certainly put their customers first! Keep up the great work, I will certainly highly recommend you to friends and family. More

First time buying a car First time buying a new car my experience was horrible. I even bought the extra packages like the environmental package. I took it to Nissan walser to First time buying a new car my experience was horrible. I even bought the extra packages like the environmental package. I took it to Nissan walser to get my environmental package done when I got my car back it was scratched all over. We asked them to fix it so they said they sent it back but when I came back to get my car it was still a scratched and the paint didn't match and there where chips of paint missing on the hood of my car. They then told me there was nothing else they could do for me. They wrecked my first time buying a car experience and I will never buy another vehicle from another walser dealership because they don't take care of there customers. More

After a long drive and the usual fruitless discussion with various sales people, it turns out that my trade-in is only based from that figure as a "starting point". Sure ... like that is any different from what it would have been without the **&% advertisement. All-in-all, a typical used car sales experience; less than what I expected from Walsers from a past good experience. More
