Tony made the car buying process very easy. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased my car within a week or two of contacting Tony. I purchased an electric vehicle. After the purchase, I believe there should have been a separate information session about charging, tips and issues that you may encounter. I've found that I'm having to constantly send messages to ask about a topic that was not explained to me. The dealership also offers a charging station for EVs. Each time I have tried to charge my car, it has been occupied by the cars of workers at Nissan. Most cars have been charging beyond the limit of 30 minutes. I either have to go in and ask someone to remove the charger or wait until the worker comes out. I do think this is inconsiderate of customers. I, along with other customers, have to come before the dealership opens between 6am and 7am or after hours just to get an unavailable charger. I do think this process could be more considerate for customers. More
Very Unprofessional, Lack of smart Engineers and Mechanics. Very frustrating to spend money and not having problem fixed. They don't deserve even 1 star rating. We have been telling them past 2 years with every servicing about the car starting trouble, couple of time we even stranded on the freeway when we are coming back from Wisconsin. They told us 2-3 times it is a battery issue and keep changing battery and charging us for that. They diagnosed few different things and keep on charging us for those, we trusted them because they claim they are professionals, issue is still not fixed. This time also they were returning the car saying there is no issue. When their driver is bringing the car to give back, car did not started as it suppose to finally they said yes there looks like an issue. Past 2 years they keep on retuning the car saying there is no issue. Now they don't want to own the mistake and fix the car without charging us, because car might have damaged past 2 years with this issue being there and affecting other functions. Service in-charge person Grant and his manager Eric are extremely rude, do not want to own the accountability for their action of missing diagnosis past 2 years- 4 times and do not show any customer centric compassion. I will make sure that all of the customers know about Burnsville Nissan's unprofessionalism and poor engineering and mechanic team. More

Later, when I paid the bill, I was surprised to find that an oil change had been done. I hadn't asked for an oil change, just the repair. Based on my mileage, an oil change wasn't needed. It may have been a good idea but I should have been contacted. More
