We understand that having to order parts from another manufacturer added complexity to the process, and we didn't handle it as efficiently as we should've. Please know that once we put something in the mail, we don't have control over when USPS delivers it. However, we're committed to making things right. If you don't receive your paperwork by the end of this week, please give us a call, and we'll make sure to resolve the issue and get the paperwork to you as soon as possible. As for the single key, we would like to explain that when we receive pre-owned vehicles, we can only provide what the previous owner has handed to us. It is our policy to pass along the same number of keys we received to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
